Hello MehMom, and welcome to the Apple Support Community.

The existing reply raises an important question about the child’s Apple Account, but if the iPad is already signed in and still doesn’t appear under Parental Controls, I’d also verify the following:

  • Confirm that the iPad is signed in with the same child Apple Account that belongs to your Family Sharing group.
  • Make sure Screen Time is enabled on the child’s iPad (Settings > Screen Time).
  • Restart both the parent’s iPhone and the child’s iPad after signing in, as the device list may take a little time to synchronize through iCloud.
  • If the issue persists, try turning Screen Time off and back on for the child’s device while keeping Family Sharing enabled.

If the iPad still doesn’t appear after these checks, the issue may require Apple Support to verify the Family Sharing configuration on the account.
