Hello Harmankocher, and welcome to the Apple Support Community.

If your iPhone Bluetooth devices connect and disconnect unexpectedly, try these steps:

  1. Restart your iPhone and the Bluetooth accessory.
  2. Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest available iOS version.
  3. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the information button next to the device, then select Forget This Device. Pair the device again.
  4. Check if the issue happens with only one Bluetooth accessory or with multiple devices.
  5. If the issue continues, you can reset network settings from:
  6. Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

This will reset Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth connections and network-related settings.
