Pages: TOC capitalization issue after style changes

Pages not updating table of contents to reflect modifications in document.

I am modifying a document and I ran into a strange quark. I would cut and paste (shift option command v) lines that were in all caps. I modified my paragraph style to modify the font capitalization to start case. Updated the Paragraph style to reflect it to all instances in the document. The modification successfully reflected this change in the document. The modification was NOT being applied to my Table of contents, it was showing all caps. I tried inserting the text again with the same result with no luck. The only way I got it to work was to manually type the modification. This is not what I expect to happen and it should not be happening. I have attached a screen shot. The image reflects the problem with "The Promise". You may notice that the body shows in the body that the name of the song is being displayed in the body with start case, yet the table of content shows the first listing with start case while the second one is in all caps. What must I do to correct this as I have more that 800 documents to modify.

I ran some testing on the problem. I thought it might be my own template so I tried with a blank page with the same results. I utilized the default Styles and tried again and the same results would come out. The format of the capitalization start case in the body would not reflect in the table of contents.
