Home app defaults to Garage instead of Home

In the Home app on my iPhone and Mac, I have two homes, 'Home' and 'Garage', each with its own HomePod serving as the Hub. They share the exact same location because they are in the same building (the apartment is on the 1st floor, and the garage is on level -1). By default, whenever I open the Home app, it always brings up 'Garage', but I would prefer it to default to 'Home'.

Sorry, I only have one home, so I can't test this.

Open the Home app. In the upper right, click ... and choose Home Settings.

When the pop-up opens, click the arrow in the upper left corner. It should slide to a list of your homes. Can you drag & drop these into the order of your preferred default home?

When you set this up originally, the homes were likely listed in alphabetical order.
