Free Fire Membership not in Apple ID subscriptions

I bought a Free Fire Weekly Membership through the App Store. It appears in my Purchase History and receipt as a subscription (Order ID: ***), but it does not appear under Apple ID → Subscriptions, so I can’t cancel the automatic renewal. Please cancel the renewal from your end.”

Hello~ We are your fellow forum members and have no access to your account therefore we can’t cancel anything for you. Also, please don’t post personal details here as this is an open forum and all can see your information.

At this point …it’s best for you to contact Apple directly…

Hello,

This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple Support here. We cannot cancel anything for you here as we have no access to your account and Apple likely does not either.

You may want to contact Apple support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com

With that said, what steps did you follow to get this membership exactly?

If it's not listed in your subscriptions it suggests it's not a regular subscription that Apple can see or manage.

Are you sure it was purchased through the App Store?

What app was this for?

Was this a trial period that you failed to cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription start date? In that case, if the transaction is pending for the subscription due to a payment issue, then that will need to be paid. There is no way to cancel a Pending charge and it will not appear in your Subscriptions now to cancel until that subscription has been paid.

You also will not be able to continue to use the App Store, while you have a Pending charge until you have paid the amount you owe. In order to agree to the terms of the free trial, you must double click the side button where you see the trial period, subscription price, subscription start date and the VERY important message that says to avoid the subscription charge you should cancel a day before the start date. After you explicitly agree to those terms, then authorization proceeds with Face ID/Touch ID or Passcode.
