Please help me in got caught in a purchase with PlantIn app. It is not in my subscription and I’m trying to cancel and get a 72$ refund that they prickly 4.. i had understood it wad 14$ pls advise how I can find them and get my refund . Thank you that is July 4

What is the exact description of the charge and where are you seeing it? That will be needed to determine who is managing the subscription.
If it is managed by Plantin, you can review their Support Page here:
If it is manage by Apple, then check to see if it is a Pending charge. Use this link to view your Purchase History and I recommend the steps under the section titled: How to see your purchase history on your device. You may need to adjust the filters to view all transactions and if you see any amount in Red or listed as Pending, then it has not been paid yet and you will not be able to cancel a Pending Charge or request a Refund on a Pending Charge.
