Cannot access compromised Apple Account

I believe my Apple Account has been compromised.
The Apple Account associated with *** belongs to me, and it is my personal email address. I have already reset the password for this email account, so I now have full control of the email address again.
However, when I try to sign in to my Apple Account, I am asked to verify security information, including security questions and credit card details. The information requested does not match mine, so I believe it may have been changed by the person who gained unauthorized access to my account.
Because of this, I am unable to access my own Apple Account.
Could you please help me verify my identity and recover my account? I can provide proof that I own the email address and any other information needed to confirm that I am the legitimate owner of the account.
