Assign Speak Screen to triple tap back button shortcut

is it possible to set the triple tap back button or some other accessibility shortcut to speak screen? I see that voiceover is an option, but voiceover is not what I need. I just need to listen to the text in a note, for example.

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Brobry ~ Speak Screen is available for Triple Tap in iOS 26. But if you can't upgrade from iOS 16, see if Apple's Shortcuts app has a Start Speak Screen action (the iOS 26 version does.) Then, after adding the following custom shortcut to your collection, it can be assigned to Triple Tap:
