if it is an Apple Account issue—

Sign out of your Apple ID/Account /iCloud on the Mac and back in again and compare your results

Hi! When Messages and FaceTime sign you back out, does the Mac also sign you out of your Apple Account completely, or does your Apple Account remain signed in under System Preferences while only those two apps log out?

Also, what exact macOS version are you running?

One other thing to check: make sure the Mac’s date, time, and time zone are correct and set automatically. I’ve had the same issue with my MacBook Pro, and that seemed to do the job.

Lastly, when the apps sign out, do you see any error message at all—or do they simply return to the sign-in screen?
