How to resolve 'Connect to family' issue with Bluetooth in child setup?

Child Setup - when i try to „Connect to Family“ from my childs phone, and scan the blue dots picture, a problem shows up where it asks to make sure that both phones are connected to bluetooth AND THEY ARE… I cant try the other methods either…
