Problem Find My - AirPods Pro 3

Have a problem with my Air Pods Pro 3, I can't see them on Find My. When is remove them, reconnect them and set them up as my new AirPods, I can see them in the app. After a day or two, the same problem appears and find my on my iPhone says that the "setup isn't complete" and refers me to a help site. When I try to locate them on my iMac, they aren't even shown in Find My there even tho there are connected to my iMac.

Discovered the whole problem when I misplaced them with the case at my friends place. Multiple apple products around and I couldn't see them, neither their last location.

Also when I ping them, only my AirPods ring, the case doesn't at all.
