Purchased Audiobook Won't Sync to iPad (10th Generation

apple purchased audio book wont copy to my iPad gen 10, 26.5

the purchase shows in iTunes, I was able to copy it to my iPhone 15pro


the iPad, it shows in iTunes on the iPad but, it isn't on the iPad

and, noticed audio books in the playlist I tried to add it to, are in a different order on the iPad than they are shown in iTunes

this iPad, always a problem with music, is this common to iPads?


I hoped to listen to it in either device, what I had read seemed to say that is possible...

I've tried shutting down and restarting everything, what else can I do?


and, is there some setting I need to change to stop this being a continual problem?

not a factor, but it was the first thing the apple techsupport had me check


I called apple baffled by having the book show on both devices in my Music

but, apple guided me to "books"


and helped me find earlier purchases in music that also showed the copied from iTunes, but didn't ... looks like I will not be able to put purchases of single songs into a playlist in Music... good to know, a playlist for dance or exercise, is a necessity...
