Reset my number on Apple Watch

My daughter’s Apple Watch has stopped receiving our texts & goes straight to voicemail when we call it. The number listed under my number is no longer accurate either. It shows a number in KS. How do I reset to her actual number?

if it was me then I would reset and set it up from scratch
