Cannot find iTunes on PC

I cannot find my iTunes on my PC. I haven't used it in a while and now it's gone. I am especially looking for a video from my daughter's wedding and I know I saved it in iTunes

Windows, Windows 11 (26100)

Even if the iTunes app is gone, the folder containing your files should still be there.

  1. Press the Windows Key + E to open File Explorer.
  2. Paste the following path into the address bar at the top and press Enter:
  3. %userprofile%\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\
  4. Look inside the Home Videos or Movies folders. Your wedding video should be there.

If Windows updated your Apple services, your videos might have been automatically migrated.

  • Search for Apple TV in the Windows 11 Start menu.
  • Open the app and check under the Library tab.

If you don't remember the exact file name, you can search for the video file directly:

  • Open File Explorer, click on This PC on the left menu, and use the search bar in the top right corner.
  • Type your daughter's name, the word "wedding", or search by file extension by typing *.mp4 or *.mov to list all videos on your PC.

If you want the original program back to browse your old library:

  • Open the Microsoft Store on Windows 11.
  • Search for iTunes and click Install/Get. Once launched, it should automatically reload your old database.
