If you already have the pdf, in addition to the one I mentioned, there are lots more services that will print pdfs to books.
Here's one that says specifically that it supports iPhotos. It might be worth looking at. Interestingly, it has a similar name to the one you mentioned.

I did a quick search for "services that will print a book from a pdf apple photos." There were lots of options. Mimeo was the only one I looked at. It claims to work directly with Photos.

Presto was able to massage the PDF exported from iPhoto a decade ago. Printed book on its way. Only service that was willing to do this.
