How to remove passcode on iPhone 11

If you know the passcode, you can go to Settings ➜ Face ID & Passcode ➜ Turn Passcode Off.

If you have Face ID enabled you will need to "Reset Face ID" before you are allowed to remove the passcode. You cannot have one without the other.

If you have forgotten the passcode altogether, then follow the steps in the link below to restore the iPhone and remove the passcode.
