To the apple engineers, When using screen time, there is mis match so when you open the app in landscape mode screen time remains in portrait mode and the screen is visible from both sides.

Do you really mean Screen Time, the usage control system available in Settings>Screen Time? Or do you mean FaceTime, the video calling app? That distinction will be important when giving feedback.
