In any case, try this: the problem is almost never due to the workout data itself, but rather a temporary memory (cache) conflict in the Bluetooth protocols between the two devices. To fix it for good, follow this exact sequence:

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.

Restart your smartwatch (turn it off and back on).

Restart your phone (this clears the system cache and resets the transmission antennas).

Turn Bluetooth back on your phone.

Open the smartwatch app and swipe down on the screen to force a new manual sync.
