Has anybody had someone link an android device to their Apple device make accounts like social media account accounts, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, plaster all kinds of stuff online…?

If you think your Apple Account has been compromised - Apple Support
No, because that's not even remotely possible.
And if it somehow happened, it would be a first and I'm pretty sure every single news outlet out there would want to know about it and post a killer story about Apple devices being this vulnerable.
If you explain exactly what happened and what makes you believe anyone would have linked an android device to an Apple Device we may be able to offer a course of action or advice.
