I bought Iphone from Apple online stor and my address is A, but UPS misdelivered to the wrong address

B and i didn't receive it. Apple requests a police report for investigation.

How did you solve this issues like this?

I was very disappointed that the wrong delivery was obvious, but I couldn't exchange/refund it.

Provide Apple with all evidence, such as:

Your correct shipping address (Address A).
UPS tracking details.
Any proof that UPS delivered to Address B. UPS may provide this if you have tracking details.
A copy of the complaint given to the police.
The police report number.
