How to make Itunes backup then import?

Hi all,
In 2 days Ill change my PC and i have to make bckup on my iTunes music ,contacts, podcasts and pictures.
Please tell me how to make this backup and then on my new PC how to import this database?

Hmm,ok but I want to save not only my music(in fact my music is not important),I want to backup my SMSs, Contacts , Emails. Can u tell me how to do that. And Yes i dont have backup becouse dont know how to do that?
I found in my Documents and Settings folder with backups but tehre is hundreds of files and dont know what to do with this Files?

Pretty much everything in C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Account> is potentially useful when it comes to creating your new machine. Did you want to keep all your email? It's usually in there somewhere, along with iPhone backups, preferences & data for various applications, your desktop stuff, your documents and of course your iTunes library. I'd recommend you backup the entire <Your Account> folder and restore what you need on the new machine, especially if you'll no longer have access to the old one. If you've moved any data outsie of the normal folders then backup these locations too.

Restoring the iTunes library should simply be a matter of copying the entire iTunes folder into the (My) Music folder of your profile on the new machine. Restoring other data such as email history depends on the application...
