How to agree to OS X 10.11's Terms and Conditions

How do I agree to El Capitan's Terms and Agreements? I went through the agreements but the agree button is greyed

To fix a greyed-out "Agree" button during the El Capitan setup, skip the iCloud/Apple ID sign-in step, complete the setup to reach the desktop, and sign in later through System Preferences.
