Can't use family-provided iCloud storage on my iPhone
if im in a family sharing group that provides icloud storage why cant i use that storage on my phone

What is happening that prevented you for using it?
What do you see when you go to Settings ➜ Account ➜ iCloud ➜ Storage?
Do you have your own iCloud+ subscription? If so, you need to choose to use the shared one.
