Has anyone been able to use Lumina Analytica software *** on a MacBook Pro? It is designed for Windows use, so maybe not. Any other Mac based recommendations for similar decision software would be greatly appreciated.

Apps intended for Windows will not run on macOS.
There are some alternatives that might work for your needs.
Given you’re asking this question, probably best use Windows for apps that only run on Windows.
Not unless you want to learn far more about IT support, networking, crossover tooling and/or virtual machines, quite possibly instruction emulation, and supporting and troubleshooting and researching, that is.
That seems pretty obvious to me.
