Sadly, there is no way you can put your Apple Watch's passcode via your iPhone screen, but there is another way to unlock your Apple Watch without the passcode with your iPhone.
On your iPhone, go to the Watch App -> Passcode -> Toggle on Unlock with iPhone. This will automatically unlock your Apple Watch when your iPhone is nearby and unlocked.
