Help with Apple ID and Family Sharing

My problem is Family Sharing. When I go to Settings; click on my name; then go to Family Sharing…it shows ‘Someone Else(me)’ as Organizer.

Maybe the problem is Apple ID? It has my name but the circle/icon has the initial C. Mine is B. C is the initial of ‘someone else .’ When I click on Name, Phone Numbers, Email, all information is correct.
