Airdrop from Mac to Iphone without changing settings to "Everyone for 10 Minutes"

• Make sure that both devices are fully updated to the latest iOS, macOS, or iPadOS.
• Make sure that both devices are joined to the same Wi-Fi network and have bluetooth enabled.
• If you are using a VPN or proxy, disable them
• If you are using an alternate DNS provider try temporarily using the default for the local router/gateway instead
• If you have any antivirus or security software installed, uninstall it (completely unnecessary)
• Make sure that you have iCloud contacts enabled or at least the same provider of Contacts enabled on both devices (e.g. iCloud, Google, Microsoft, etc).
• Follow the section "Share with someone in your contacts" in the document How to use AirDrop on iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

The always-available is the expected behavior, when both are signed into the same Apple Account.

The “pinky-promise” add-on VPNs and add-on anti-malware can cause communications issues, as mentioned in a previous reply here. Remove all and teat again. Remove, as disabling isn’t always reliable.
