My iPhone 16 Pro is still under warranty, today i got an issue with mobile network, the apple support said that there is a hardware issue; RF failure and baseband, so will the iphone get replaced?
Why didn’t you ask Apple Support that while you were working with them?
Per the warranty, Apple will repair or replace the phone at its discretion. No one here would be able to determine that.

Yes, if you have AppleCare+ coverage Express Replacement Service on the phone. If you do, you can order an express replacement to arrive in a few days and return the defective phone.
No, if you don't have AppleCare+ coverage.....unless....the shop is unable to repair the phone.

This may need some clarification.
AppleCare and AppleCare+ are different.
AppleCare is the regular warranty. AppleCare+ is an optional coverage available at additional cost that covers Express Replacement, Accidental Damage, Loss, etc.
Please contact Apple Support for any additional details, etc.
