Apple Music: Unexpected song and album ratings appearing

Apple Music issues...

I am seeing Black Star Ratings on songs that I have not rated. Also, the Album Ratings is populated with a Red Star Rating that I did not set and does not change in the Library view even when I make changes to the album with Get Info. Any help would be appreciated.
