Currently there is no Setting for how long Siri will be displayed on the screen. Stay tuned as Apple has revealed in their recent WWDC event that there is a revamp coming for Siri with a dedicated app to view any recent requests.

Perhaps through use of the 'iPhone iOS User Guide' &/or the
'Table Of Contents' those may help to check all settings; as
those can affect all things in these iPhone models..

For some reason these 'Guides' show here up as (IN) Apple Support.
That's India Apple Support website ~ but those were (US) versions..
The first page there used to be universal, had no country code URL.
(While this looked OK but failed so I reverted..)
Find settings and filter through other overlapping bits
that also affect SIRI; those in iPhone can include ones
for Accessibility to see if by re-setting helps. Even full
restart after power-off/on might make these reset.
The duration had worked to lengthen SIRI in Accessibility;
& before iOS 26. [Haptics & other settings?] Look & check.
Tried much more to fix stuff, with changes to newer iOS.
