iPhone 13 Pro Max ear speaker is soft and muffled

My ear speaker on my IPhone 13 Pro Max is soft and muffled that I can’t hear the person speaking. The exterior speaker works fine. I know many had this problem in 2022, but my phone just started this yesterday, 2026! I’ve done everything that people suggested, but nothing works. Help!
