i already cancle the subscription but still ask money to downlaod ant new app or any app .. I already pay plenty of money to do this same thing again and againt

To resolve this, go to Settings, [your name], select Subscriptions and confirm that your subscription is canceled.
Then, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the charge and request a refund explaining why you canceled the subscription.
