Share Apple Watch cellular number with an old iPhone?
My daughter has an Apple Watch (GPS + cellular). She does not have a phone. Can I share the number to an old iPhone? My goal is for her to be able to use both devices with the same number.

I assume your daughter is on the Apple Watch Family Plan, with your or your spouse's iPhone controlling your Daughter's Apple Watch.
What you would need to do is discontinue the Apple Watch Family Plan, and pair the Apple Watch to an iPhone.
HOWEVER ‼️, The iPhone MUST be running a new enough iOS version that is capable of pairing to the Apple Watch. This is VERY IMPORTANT‼️
And then you need to get a cellular plan for the iPhone that supports the Apple Watch. Not all carriers support the Apple Watch
