unable to enanble Sync Library. What is the issue

Same problem here.
Contacted support and wasted 1 hour for nothing. Will wait for few days, then switch to Spotify.
on the Apple service site, Apple Music is green, “working properly”, when everyone is complaining about library synchronisation problems.
(does not work on iPhone, Mac & Watch)
