Sending Messages from MacBook Pro

I cannot send messages from MacBook Pro to some Android users. Have spent hours on the phone with Apple support. Deleting the conversation does not work. Reseting it through the terminal does not work. This worked perfectly until May 18th. There was an update and then the issues started. There have been no changes in my setup. I am able to send and receive messages just fine through my iPhone.

Although iMessages (to other Apple users) can be sent directly from your Mac, SMS messages (to Android users) must be forwarded through your iPhone. Ensure that you have SMS Forwarding enabled on your iPhone, and that your Mac is set a device to send/receive messages.

None of the users ever had an Apple ID. Also have already check all of those settings. I have spent hours on the phone with Apple Tech support. Everything worked just fine until May 18th when a software update was rolled out.

We don't know what things that Apple Support had you do. Have you tried going to your iPhone, turning off Settings>Apps>Messages>Text Message Forward, restarting both devices, and then turning it back on? I find that about 90% of the time, that fixes things.
