Add Settings to iPhone Home Screen
Provide steps on how to add settings to Home Screen on iPhone. I don’t want to search for it every time in App Library

Just drag the Settings app from the App Library out to a Home Screen of your choosing, just like you would any other app or touch and hold on the Settings App and from the menu select "Add to Home Screen".
