i never installed Nike Run App and i dont show it either on grid or list view but a few times a day it annoyingly shows up as a notification. please help me get rid or this

On my iPhone, in the Watch app, I can see the Nike Run Club app after the list of standard apps and those installed on my watch:
When I tap it, it offers me to install it; I haven't tried to do that, though. I'm suspecting that you will find the app at the same location on your iPhone. Try to tap it to see what your options are, such as uninstalling it or modifying its settings.
