Mac Studio USB ports not working after Tahoe 26.5.2 update

Mac Studio 2025 (M4 Max): Rear USB-A and front USB-C ports stopped working after macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 update

My Mac Studio (2025, M4 Max) was delivered just last Monday. Everything worked perfectly for the first several days.

However, this morning I found that both rear USB-A ports and the front USB-C ports no longer recognize any connected devices. It doesn't matter what I plug in—they simply aren't detected.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the Mac installed the macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 update overnight.

***

I'd like to know whether this is a software/firmware problem related to the update or if my Mac Studio has developed a hardware fault.

Any information or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
