Why did I receive an ipad with child security? I can't do anything with it since I received it, I can't download any apps, and can't do anything with it. This is the worst setting I've ever seen in my life and I'm losing my mind over it. It's for work, so I can't connect it with my own Apple Account. Please HELP.

I agree with Kilgore-Trout. Return it to the seller and ask for a refund. In the future, you may find the information in the link below helpful if you are considering the purchase of another used Apple device.

You just purchased a “brand new” iPad Air 5th gen which is what your tag indicates you have). That device was discontinued four years ago. Where did you purchase it? A brand new iPad will not have ant setting of that nature established, nor be connected to an Apple Account.
Personally I would return it.
