FaceTime calls not showing in iPhone Phone app Recents

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with my iPhone where FaceTime calls are not showing up in my Recents call log in the Phone app. I’ve tried the following steps without success:

1. Ensured FaceTime is enabled in settings.

2. Checked both “All” and “Missed” tabs in the Recents log.

3. Restarted my iPhone.

4. Verified my iCloud account is signed in and syncing.

5. Toggled FaceTime off and back on.

6. Updated my iPhone to the latest iOS version.

7. Reset network settings and checked the FaceTime app directly.

Despite these steps, my FaceTime calls are still missing from the Phone app, though they appear in the FaceTime app. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

To fix FaceTime calls not showing in your Phone app's Recents list, verify that your exact mobile phone number and Apple Account are correctly checked and selected for Caller ID and accessibility within your device's settings.

Check Caller ID and Reachability Settings

Go to Settings, then tap Apps, and select FaceTime.
Look under the section labeled "You can be reached by FaceTime at".
Confirm that your primary phone number has a checkmark next to it.
Check the Caller ID section at the bottom and select your phone number, not just an email address.
