I am unable to add one of my credit cards to Apple Wallet. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with the bank and they are not even seeing any authorization request from my device to approve the card. I have tried the bank app, device apps, manually, automatically, etc. Nada. I have other cards from this bank and they have added just fine, but not this one. Any thoughts?

Yes, the authorization request comes from the Payment Network Operator (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) and not Apple. The request, containing your personal and financial information, is encrypted on your device and basically goes to PNO and, if approved, to the bank for final approval and issue of encrypted tokens for Apple Pay.
It sounds like the PNO is blocking authorization. Your bank will need to contact the PNO and request any blocks be removed. Apple does not participate actively in the authorization and verification process. Apple Support cannot intercede on your behalf. The bank and PNO must work together to resolve any issues with your request.

So do you get some kind of error message or other response when you try to add this card? If so, what is the message?
Can not add credit card to Apple Wallet.
