Some Apps will automatically use an enlarged system-wide setting for 'Preferred Reading size'. Some others have settings in the App you can use.
Settings > Accessibility > Displays > Text
... a setting there allows you to choose large vs standard MenuBar size.
...Text Size > Custom -- brings up a sub-display for 'Preferred Reading size':
