Apple Card credit applied to statement but not to auto pay withdrawal from bank
My Apple Card statement for May 2026 showed an accurate credit from a return in May made two weeks before the closing date. The expenses with credit subtracted was accurate on the page listing expenses for May. I use Apple auto pay to pay the full balance each month and the amount deducted from my bank account was the original balance without the credit reflected in May 2026. In June 2026, I checked again to see if perhaps the credit was applied to the following month's balance, but it was not. The credit also was not deposited into my Apple Savings account. Does anyone know why the credit was not reflected in the total balance due in May or June and what I need to do to make sure the credit is applied to my future statement balance?
