Will Movie Magic Budgeting 7 work on MacBooks built with the M-Series silicon processors?

Release notes do indicate Apple silicon, but the main website lists macOS macOS 15 support, and not macOS 26.

Inferring much: it seems the vendor provided the answer, you don’t prefer that answer, and are looking for alternatives, and this search for alternatives probably due to the (ongoing subscription) cost.
If you want app support, use the current app version, with the current license. If not, try the app and see if (and how) it breaks. Also test the app with Rosetta (Intel x86-64 app translation) removed, and see if the app throws Rosetta-required prompts. That’ll tell you if macOS 28 and the removal of most Rosetta support then is the proverbial wall.
I wouldn’t expect a not-current app version to be receiving active vendor support, if it is receiving any support.
