How do I cancel a duplicate Microsoft 365 subscription purchased from the Apple Store?
Microsoft had an
activation issue today. With the “activation issue,” i had to buy another office365 subscription. I now have 2 active subscriptions; a yearly with the free one month trial under one Apple ID and the previous one i had for years, a monthly subscription. i only need one subscription. I also ONLY HAVE ONE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT WITH ONE USER NAME AND PASSWORD. PLEAE ADVISE AS TO WHAT to DO AND WHICH OF THESE ACCOUNTS SHOULD BE CANCELED…PLEASE. Under my Microsoft account it says i only have one subscription but apple has me with 2 separate subscriptions as i had to buy from the Apple Store another subscription to access word, and excel as they would not activate. which of the accounts do i need to cancel; the one i purchased today to access 365 after downloading again from the Apple Store or the old one THAT COULD NOT BE ACTIVATED TODAY. I m at my wits end
I hope i am being clear.
Had word, excel and PowerPoint activated as they should i would not have had to purchase from the App Store the software again
After downloading the 3 apps from the store, it directed me to buy them. In a panic i clicked buy and in a month will be charged an additional $99.99
Once i clicked buy i was able to log into word, excel, and PowerPoint.
I really need advice as to what to do.
Apple tells me to contact Microsoft as the issue was the initial activation problem.
