iPad: Adblocker message and websites not loading

My iPad occasionally shows message that I have adblocker installed, I don’t, and some websites appears to not load, RootsChat.com and myhostpresto.com.

i’ve tried private browsing, temporary airplane mode and other common fixes.

other devices on my home network are ok, but other browsers are the same
