After upgrading to 26.5.1 my phone will not load from the internet. I have restarted it, checked my modem, turned off various features.... nothing works.

The latest version of iOS is 26.5.2, try updating to that.

Wi-Fi Assist is on by default. This will automatically switch to Cellular Data if the device is not connected to the internet.
