How to remove Apple Clear Case from 16 Pro

This may sound like a silly question, but due to the hard plastic material of the apple clear case, I've had issues whereby when I take it off to clean, its ended up snapping/breaking the plastic (similar to attached images).

What I've been doing in the past is pushing my finger through the camera lens hole to remove it that way, but as I say it seems to cause a stress fracture/break on the case, usually at the bottom.

Ive seen a video on youtube of a guy that bends the corners from the bottom and takes it off that way, but a couple of comments say that this bends the plastic and therefore the case then doesn't 'grip' at the bottom correctly and lets more dust in.

Appreciate feedback, perhaps from other people who use the apple clear case and have found a good way of doing it?
