iPhone XS back camera and flash light not working.
My iPhone XS rear camera and flash light isnt working please help! I tried shutting off and on but still not working.

This is probably a hardware failure.
Given the age of that device and the fact that it can't run anything later than iOS 18, it's probably time to consider a new phone.
That device is now considered vintage. Parts service availability from Apple are extremely limited.
Even if you can get it serviced, it's not worth the cost of the repair.
