How to delete expired cards from Wallet App when 'Send' is the only option?

This is an old subject that has been well discussed, but STILL won’t work! How to delete an expired ins card from the Wallet App. It always refers to the 3 dots and click delete but In the card to delete I only have the option to send. NOWHERE to I get an option to delete, AND I can’t minimize the card to even see the expiration date so had to look at a foto I had taken of it to know. I have two expired items that need to be deleted!
